Legacy Pastor Dr. Hubert Quiller is the co-founder of Restoration Worship Center, a ministry established in 2011 with a vision to restore lives, strengthen families, and build a Christ-centered community. Alongside his wife, Dr. Johnnie M. Quiller, he helped lay the spiritual, organizational, and leadership foundation that continues to guide the ministry today.

From its earliest beginnings, Dr. Quiller’s leadership has been marked by faith, perseverance, and a deep commitment to the Word of God.
