Military and Professional Background
Pastor Johnnie began her career as a military officer in the United States Army, serving honorably for twelve years. Following her military service, she transitioned to the chemical and manufacturing industry, where she has dedicated more than twenty years to working as an environmental health and safety professional. Her knowledge in this field is further underscored by her role as Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager for a large chemical company in Savannah, GA.
Academic and Professional Achievements
Her impressive academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University. In November 2024, Pastor Johnnie achieved another milestone when Liberty University’s John Rawlings School of Divinity in Lynchburg, Virginia, conferred upon her the degree of Doctor of Ministry. In addition, she is a certified Christian Life Coach, continually equipping herself with the knowledge and skills to mentor and guide others on their spiritual journeys.
Pastor Johnnie is also a licensed insurance agent in Georgia and Alabama specializing in life insurance. As a final expense specialist, she is dedicated to educating her community about the importance of planning ahead and ensuring financial security through life insurance.
Lotus of Love Cancer Care, Inc.
One of Pastor Johnnie’s most recent heartfelt initiatives is the founding of Lotus of Love Cancer Care, Inc. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to serving cancer survivors, caregivers, and all those affected by cancer. The vision of Lotus of Love is not only to provide much-needed emotional and spiritual support but also to offer practical assistance in various forms. Through this ministry and her personal experience with cancer, Pastor Johnnie desire is to bring hope, comfort, and tangible help to individuals and families facing the challenges of cancer—embodying her belief in the healing power of love and faith.
Ministry and Community Leadership
Pastor Johnnie is the co-founder and Executive Pastor of Restoration Worship Center, a nondenominational Christian church in Richmond Hill, GA. As an ordained minister of the gospel, she works closely with her husband, Dr. Hubert Quiller, who serves as the Senior Pastor while she serves as the Executive Pastor and the pastor of the 8 am “Hour of Power” morning worship service. Together, they founded Quiller Ministries Inc., a public charitable non-profit organization dedicated to serving the Christian community through diverse outreach programs.
Her commitment to community service is further evident in her active involvement with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. As the current president of her chapter, Nu Rho Omega in Hinesville, GA, Pastor Johnnie works tirelessly to foster sisterhood, leadership, and empowerment. Additionally, she plays an important role in the Bryan County NAACP #5648, where she serves as the assistant secretary and was instrumental in reorganizing and reactivating the branch—having served as its president from 2019 until 2023.
Family and Personal Faith
At the heart of Pastor Johnnie’s life is her family. She and her husband, Dr. Quiller, are proud parents to two sons, Joshua and Justus Quiller. Their home is built on a foundation of strong Christian values, exemplified by their shared favorite scripture:
“I even I, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake; and I will not remember your sins.” (Isaiah 43:25)
